Annyeong Haseyo! How are you bloggers? Remember me? Hehe. I'm Jam. Here I am again, creating a new blogger account. I never really get tired of creating new blogger accounts, eh? Lol. Mianhe, I always forgot the passwords. Yeah, I know that I'm too young to forget such things. Maybe I have an Alzheimer's disease already? I hope not. Kidding aside, have you noticed that I'm using some Korean words since I have started this blog post? Yeah, you have noticed it, right? It's because I've been hit by the Hallyu wave lately. Hallyu Wave means Korean Wave, you know.. the K-POP thingy? Yeah, that's it. I've been addicted to it for almost 7 months now. It started during Summer this year. (Okay, I'll tell you my story about becoming addicted to KPOP.)
One night, since I was very (as in) bored, me and my cousin decided to buy Taiwanese DVDs (I was addicted to Taiwanese Pop first before I converted to Korean Pop). When we were in the store, one DVD immediately caught my eye, the 'He's Beautiful' DVD. I was thinking like, "I've seen this on the internet before, right?" Then that's the time when I decided to buy it. When we got home, we immediately watched it. At first, I thought it was boring that I almost gave up watching it but since I'm interested with the storyline.. who knows? Then it really gets interesting especially when I saw Hongki's *squeals* beautiful face. He's the reason why I kept on watching it. I was so in love with him that time. Lol. We've finished watching it for about weeks or so and that's the time that I said to myself to research more about on Korean things. Then I got to know Hongki's band, "FT ISLAND" but my addiction to them faded when I got to know Girls' Generation. When I watched their MVs, the only person I always find is the "CUTE" one. The girl full of AEGYO. And I still don't know about their names that time. After watching lots of their MVs, that's when I started researching about their names, hobbies, etc. and the girl I always find in their MV is named Lee Sunny. Believe it or not, she actually changed my life. I swear to God. Because of her, I changed for the better. I don't know why but this girl really inspires me to study well and changed my bad habits to good one. She maybe not the prettiest among SNSD but just by her aegyo and smile makes my day. Sunny has that effect on me, swear.
After getting to know more about SNSD, I started researching about their.. uhm, what do you call that.. more like sister group? or partner group? Because they are often paired to each other and they are both the hottest bands in Korea. Okay, so that band is called Super Junior. I became addicted to Ryeowook first because he was ABSOLUTELY cute on 'No Other' music video. He was the cutest carwash boy I have ever seen in my whole life. Lol. And then I changed my bias to Sungmin since I have watched Sunny's Chunji radio and Sungmin is there, right? I got to know Sungmin because of Sunny and now I'm addicted to their pairing. They have this undeniable chemistry that made me love them. And I swear, I'm so obsessed to these two. They are like.. my life? No, I mean, KPOP is my life. KPOP inspired me, KPOP motivated me, KPOP changed me.
I know, other people who are not addicted to KPOP finds us KPOP lovers weird. Try listening to KPOP music and you'll see. I have this friend who's so much addicted to KPOP when I was in my Freshmen year in HS (Now I'm on my Sophomore year, still on HS) and I was like, "Why are you addicted to that kind of stuffs?" And I totally can't relate to her cause I love Taiwanese pop and she loves Korean pop. But then now I understand her. It's very hard to explain but when you started becoming addicted to it.. who knows what will happen? Kidding. And now I can conclude that KPOP totally ROCKS.
